How can I defer RT?

  I am a student from NTU. Quite amazed to receive SMS to ask me to book for RT. How can I defer the RT till after June?
  
  For the past 3 year in NTU, I had not received any RT reminder. VERY VERY amaze... SAF so determine to make me fail EXAM
