  My friend got downgraded because
  
  he always need to go to toilet ..
  
  say half an hour .. so need to drink tones
  
  of water or else might get dehydrated...
  
  any one also got such case lol

  Actually such cases are common, they usually go to the doctor who prescribes them an inhaler, the inhaler is actually a placebo, and instead of shooting out medication, its flavoured water.

  I mean when I dine at shopping centre , I will eat very fast and leave the food court fast if it's very crowded . like got stress eating there .

  Then I also have phobia of going into toilet and pee .
  
  I have to hide inside the cubicle to pee , I waited 10 minutes for a cubicle .
  
  when I come out , the ppl waiting outside was like shocked .

  try to settle asap, dragging is not good. their efficiency at cmpb is ridiculously pathetic, don't make it worse on your part.
