I received another FRO

  Today morning , I was told to go to CMPB on early febuary ( nxt month ) .
  
  I think it's to diagnose my mental state again .
  
  I already went for an appt at SGH to c a shrink .
  he said I have social phobia but never give me any followup appointment or treatment .
  
  I was told to bring my report book and parent with me .
  
  my school report book sux 1 , everyyear say I must socialise more .. or something like quiet boy .
  
  any1 xpirienced this be4 ?

  i think the doc suspect I might be trying to keng .

  so wear a polo or collared button shirt buttoned all the way up... n wear obiang brown pants pull high high up wif belt...
  den comb centre parting
  
  den look as blur as possible n stammer n stutter n behaving very timidly...

  PMB used to be in CMPB. Don't know is it still there.
