why female no. 3 shirt is diff from male no. 3 shirt?

  i notice the female no. 3 shirt has no shoulder rank epaulettes, n their rank is a metallic pin which must be pinned on the collar
  
  why this difference?
  
  and btw, if a female regular doesnt want to wear no. 3 skirt (probably scared zaogeng den horny army guys bio...), can she wear no. 3 pants? u seen before char bor in no. 3 pants?

  do u also know that female buttons are on the left while male buttons are on the right?while male pants have zippers that go longer then female pants? hah or at least thats how they were suppose to be.
