why medical excuse is not updated in the medical centre comp

I was called up for ict recently,when i reported sick to vertify my medical excuse which was stated in medical board.it was not found in the Medical centre computer by the MO.
did something go wrong,or my medical document is missing,this is very crucial when you need to vertify your medical excuse.

what am I excused from is not the point,the point is that the data is not updated when they transfer data from paper to computerl is not updated.It only states pes C what but without any excuse which is exactly what is being reflected in ns.sg.

In fact u should ask your unit clerk to check whether your medical dockets is in the unit. From what i know a lot of unit lost medical docket on NSMen cos too many of them. For most medical board cases, did u have the MC from MB or were you BIA? Your unit clerk are supposed to update your status not the MO or the medic if u are the reservist. Another possiblity is that your excuse is only temp so after sometimes it expired. Perhaps the best thing in your case is go for another review by the MO and bring your previous excuse letter. at NS portal have a section that says during enlistment , pls bring this form as proof of any excuses given .....
