Hainan seems to be the next best place for us. I wouldnt worry about the US not selling us stuffs. European stuffs can hold their own too.
Besides the Yanks have always been selling watered down stuffs unless they are like 3 decades old.

By the way, if you visit China, you will realise that german presence in China is very prevalent. Who knows they could supply us Leopard parts. It will be an interesting event to have an exercise with the PLA. Their training is damn tough but traditional. Eye-opener for our soldiers. -

I suggest East Timor? With Jungle and similar terrain, throw in some real exercise too.

Do simulator training. You can simulate enemy and enemy terrain. Everytime, the training / exercises end with a win, followed by 2 days off. Better to simulate and win.
