Ask u all ar... They say hor... after BMT or dunno wat... then they will see post u to wat unit izzit?
Then the posting is completely random... based on ur pes or watever... or also got see abit of ur performance in bmt de...
Lets say... some guy got pes A... but he oni healthy... never even passed napfa once in his life...
other ting all those weak... run 2 rounds cough like tio cancer like tat...
6 rounds 2.4 also cannot run finish those type...
after training... change clothes that time feel like fainting those type...
Then even after bmt , his body still behaves like tat... den his in-charge also noe about it de... will still get post to those pes A post? Or something suitable for him? -

Pes status do play a role
But another impt thing is whether which batch of people ORD,for instance if a unit tech batch is going to ord,cpc may hence post the newly POP privates to replace them hence it really depend on luck,i have seen a pes A person POP and posted to become a storeman!!! -

i know some PES A nsfs..in service vocation...
i know some PES C nsfs..in combat vocation..

PES A means u will be posted to vocation that the PES applies to. No such thing as PES A post to become clerk, etc (Ok, unless u go declare 302) .
The random here means, that they can post u to any PES A vocation, i.e. U can tio Infantry, Engineers, etc, etc.
IPPT cannot pass is no longer a factor, it just means u will kena extra training if u are into suay units who arrange extra training for zero fighters.
If the person really have health problems and believe to be mis-classified, then go ahead go to the medical centre to see the MO. Then again, if u are nothing wrong, be prepared to be f**ked upside down left right. -

Lets say u study programming... Then all other posts are filled up by more suitable people, den more chances of going to a programming department?
Becoz... last time I heard before from 1 teacher that taught dancing, he said, u all dance dance now hor, go NS have easy time de. Come to think of it? Got Dance department meh?
