New CDF for 2007?

as you recall, the current CDF took over in 2003. now 4 years later, wondering will we get a new CDF this year?

With CAF now conducting the major re-org in the Air Force, he should be primed for CDF post to re-org the entire SAF. Hopefully, he can trim the Contract Service manpower and release more 'talents' into the booming economy.
Civil Service cannot hog up too many manpower. Every head reduction will mean lesser red tape. -

the ideal CDF must be one who is capable of 3 elements, air, sea and land namely airborne, diving and chiong suah. bonus advantage will be IPPT Gold and marksman.
