BG Ng (CAF) confirm will be the CDF sooner or later... He did alot of things what MG Lim didnt do.. but right now, will be Desmond Kuek BC la....itchy to buy his LG rank already Maybe when COA is vacant, BG Bernard (G2) will take over...

No, I don't have any problems with regular soldiers at all ........... just hope to see more CS people releasing their potential in the commercial world. Sorry if my economically-biased view offended the dedicated and loyal people. -

so my company did a wayang 5km jog. -

Yeah....what potential? MG Desmond likes to go to camps and join in Unit runs... he came to my unit to run too... so wayang was very necessary... all the RSM/CSM all shouting and acting garang. hahaha.

I choose to think that Regulars stayed too long in the SAF and converted their lethal potential into endurance skills you mentioned. Singapore will need a lot more people in the commercial sector than in civil service. It does not make sense to me that Singaporeans works in the Government service and provide the infrastructure for foreigners to make big bucks. It should be the other way around : Singaporean earning big bucks and paying meagre money to foreigners to run the essential services. -
