  and no i am not lying i have no point to do it maybe this is such a rare case that its hard to believe and i can only ask in this forum as i have close to no friend at all cept 2 close friend who are busy at their own life, i hardly talk to my father as hes hardly at home

  i don't know why theres no letter or phone call at all and i'm suspecting it have something to do with my mother she seems to be hiding something from me. because whenever i start to ask about making IC she will either put up an excuse to later date or quickly change topic

  Only up till P3? Isn't it singapore law that children must have an eduation level of at least primary 6?
  
  Anyway it sounds fishy that your mother avoided the topic of getting an IC whenever you talks about it. I wonder have you seen your birth cert before? You better see it if you haven't seen it before. You would need your birth cert to make IC anyway.

  perhaps his been out of the system so long they that they have forgotten him, 15 yrs ago they still using paper system leh, easy to get lost of u dont update lol

  Yea agreed. TS's english is really good for someone with P3 education. But hey good for him=)

  having good english has got absolutely nothing to do with your educational lvl ok...if his whole family only speaks english of course his english would be good...
