Ruptured "Slipped" Spinal Disc/ Chronic Back Pain = PES C?

  It seems that slip disc very common within SAF.
  You never know it until you go for MRI. Which cost abt $400+. Symptoms> Backache, numbness down the legs..
  I have slip my disc.... have you??

  The disc I slip is L4/L5 and L5/S1.

  I have also...............L3/L4................so sad that they downgrade me after 6 months...........still have to carry on training when pending..........fight ATEC also...........

  Between your vertebrae aka spinal bones , there is a soft disc aka spinal disc which cushions your bones . It can slip from heavy burden as well as poor back mechanics . It will pinch your nerves when it slips causing pain /numbness etc.
  
  I got it from nursing . L4/L5 and C3/4. Anyone can get it if they tend to carry very heavy objects etc.

  I still not so sure leh..............i only have so far one mobilisation .... havent start the ICT......so not so sure.............
  
  Ya slip disc can cause by carrying of heavy object and improper landing technique.......I used to be a MG GUNNER........then later down grade to..........clerk...................
