Was formerly from HQ TASC. To what l observed, the life there is pretty good but the working hours could be erratic according to flying hours. If l am not wrong, l think air force technicians go to ALS and not 128 SQN.....Hope this helps

Yes, ALS= Air Logistic Squadron...btw, I think RSAF undergoing a re-org and TASC is now called UAV Command

There are techs that are with the squadrons as well... not all the techs are with ALS TASC.
Techs with the Sqn gets it worse.... depending on the sorties... u either go to work real early or end real late.... best part is after you are done with your PMs... u r really lull... eng eng cheng cheng....

ya...heard from my senior when HQ was still at Dieppe that they had better life as NSF compared to Murai Camp....book in 1000hrs, sleep in bunk at Dieppe and then go home at 1500hrs -
Taking bus 175 from CCK MRT STN early in the morning was a nightmare siah. You get to meet people from Tengah, LCK Camp & Arm. camp.
Dun like cookhouse food. Canteen by the two aunties was expensive also.
But yeah it was the good life. Great environment and excellent superiors. -

Cookhouse sucks but u still must eat... if not Enick Rama sure Kao tiu wan
then LL got to eat at canteen... or else ask the MT Line guys to tar pao club 2 for u. -
