Forgot to report for checkup

I realised that my checkup was on monday(5th feb) when i was double checking the date on the paper.. I didnt report cos i thought it was today ..
Anyway i had already took the checkup last year but they asked me to go again this year as i had deferred my studies for like 8 months.
what should i do? Call CMPB asap? -
