How to defer ICT?

Kena ICT during my school holidays... Such ICT that do not fall on school term can defer?

I don't think you can defer, since you do not have any legitimate excuse to defer, as you are having school holiday. Just go lah, at least u still get paid what. Me also kenna ICT during this June holidays, and furthermore its during my birthday, but LL still must go. Maybe u go book a holiday lah, and then try to defer. Might work.

i thought some institutions actually notify MINDEF of the status of their ICT-liable students and holiday durations so they can plan their ICT windows?

Apparently my institution doesn't notify. Ha! Had ICTless post-ORD life so far.
