  photocopy it. but try to just show the admin whoever doing the paper processing ur camp pass. if still need copy...then u give... if not dun.

  oops bo leh my bad i thought have, anyway i really never to bother wats on it use only for 2 years nia. now collecting dust in my drawer

  Can always go to ur chief clerk and ask them to print out an official document for you to send to the poly. Best not to photocopy, scan, and send out anything documents used for security clearing. Eg. Camp Pass.
  
  Be smart when you do things in SAF, make sure ur ass is always covered.

  Camp pass one not accurate leh,u go ns portal also can see your ord date right,just print that one

  my camp has a lot of units in it. all of them using their own pass. one of the units their camp passes are all made by the admin clerks. they print out the pass form the PC and laminate it.
  
  if u don't like the photo on the pass, just provide your own photo and they will change a new pass with the photo u want on the spot.
