2mths ago i went for my medi checkup. than i got pes A. But 3 days ago i
went for my nafa test and i only pass 2 station. So what will happen to me or
what must i do???

Those who fail nafa will spend more time in BMT than those who pass... (I spent 16 weeks compared to the normal 10 weeks.) The extra time in BMT is to train your fitness. You'll be forced to do chin-up, run, go gym, do PT exercises, etc every day, so that you can pass the bloody IPPT by the time you pass out of BMT... (If you still fail IPPT after the 16 weeks of BMT, then good luck to you. Most likely you'll have to go back for BMT re-course.) -
