I personally witnessed one. My fellow medic quarralled with the regular, compare him with the previous regular n guess the rxn of the regular

Argued with a Major before... guess I was too cocky to think that my ass would be saved by my commander.
I didn't get any physical punishment. But I believe it cost me my rank.

my family got alot of connections with high brass people, eg. my cousin godpa is a major, then her bf benefit lor..

i heard of 1 story abit not related...my friend from combat medic course got a friend. He was formerly a 2nd LT from SIR . He punch a malay private (who is under him). This cause him his rank, he demoted to private n sent to cmc course -

funnily enough, I get along with the regulars just fine ... most were pretty hard working chaps .... it's the NSFs that I can't get along with ... -
Some of the regulars in my camp needed us to save their behinds countless times, until the balance of power shifted to us.

Regulars always see NS pple come and go. They also feel sian.

Regulars are people too.
They may slack/don't perform/keng/make mistakes.
In such a case, what's wrong with arguing with them?
So long as you keep your cool and don't blast vulgarities, it's very difficult to say it's insubordination especially if the Regulars were slacking etc... -

I argued with a captain and a major before....cos they darn stoopid and arrogant and gave illogical instructions.....was threatened with DB...
Come to think of it....I was lucky to escape that... -
In a military setting, it would be stupid, arrogant and illogical to argue with a higher ranked person, especially if you know that they are stupid, arrogant and illogical.

Argued with the CQ during cadet days.. He was a regular 3SG.. He insisted on having 5 Recon wires for each of the platoon's defence store In the end, my platoon have to carry the whole company's recon wires i.e 20 ++ Crazy fella..
