do army RP need to go for any exercise and do they go for any training such as outfield, SOC, routemarch etc? this is not including during their course.

Depends which unit you go to.
For divisions or larger camps, most probably not.
But for battalions, most probably outfield yes. As sentries in outfield, help RSM or wadever they are called now for recce the grounds etc etc...
