i had 4 in 2 weeks when my coy was having some topo or outfield thing when i was att b/excused. i signed few extras before that but only have 1 deducted after i complained to my csm.
few months before ORD, my coy CPLs were put together, with some transferred to HQ. the non-transferred ones does 2-3 guard duties/wk and suay/kena put aeroplane ones kena 4. RPs still have day offs in between but our side only sometimes and bo bao kind.

SAF directive doesn't allows christians to escape weeken duties. I'm saying tis cos i'm a christian and during my junior rank days, i also perform weekend duties. Well if you find that a few people on the roster are getting an easier share month after month when they don't have a reason to be, you can always ask nicely.

Don't know why u are grumbling. When my friends were first posted onboard Navy ships, they almost every other day kenna duty on board the ship. Then they also have to study their field of operations(example, learn how to operate the comms system if u are a RO) and may be tested too on it. The next day after doing duty, sometimes they don't go back, but instead stay back and learn how to do seaman things.
It could be that ur unit is currently facing man shortage, hence some people having to do more. U take the case up to CO? I doubt he even has time for u. -
