Manpower Not Enough!: PES C and E Now Need Go Back Reservist

don't u agree? especially those old WOs enciks (CSM, RSM....), they think all pes C n E people are kengster. Maybe some of these people r kengsters, but that doesn't mean all pes C n E people keng. i m sure some of them have got genuine medical conditions.
And sometimes these pes c/e NSFs got MO excuse letter eg. excuse RMJ, excuse upper/lower limb or excuse heavy load, excuse stay-in, excuse whatever.... but these enciks still insist they have to do sai kang or do guard duty or go for LIFE activities... Is like, how can these warrant officers go against the MO's letter?? How can they override the medical directives and furthermore the MO rank is much higher... What if that poor chap got injured somehow while doing sai kang...then who's gonna answer?
and these enciks also seem to treat pes C n E people as 2nd class. Ok some of these enciks would accept that u are excused heavy load n so cannot do sai kang. But they get back at them by making them do some dirty cleaning work instead!!
And sometimes these pes c n e people have to go for often physiotherapy or medical appointments, or some always MC.... its because of their medical condition.. not because they wanna keng. But these enciks think they keng n then purposely like to make life difficult for them...
Why can't these regulars understand??? How to make them change their mindset and how do u guys deal with such people?? Don't u guys feel like banging ur head on the wall sometimes???? Dealing with such people can vomit blood one leh... so then who to complain to?

i tink 90 percent are realli kengster
so there is this sterotype -
My unit hor,is the regulars who like to keng leh especially wos hahaa everytime see him drive his car out of camp for lunch then MIA liao wor LOL
NSFS(including all peses) also like to keng but then is bo bian cause low raNK,very hard to siam this siam that LOL so everytime the WO go out for lunch,we will ask him whether he need anyone to help him "carry things",etc then we NSFS also MIA LIAO HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA,we never keng wor,we are just following our dear good WOs. -
