The "C" battery incident happened during my time in 23SA. One night, a C Bty gunner was fooling around with something religious (involving burning of joss sticks, etc - I got the info second had as I was in A Bty). He was possessed and while a few C Bty gunners were trying to hold him down, they struggled and he fell off and landed on the 1st floor parapet. He was sent to hospital and survived - I can't remember what happened to him after that.
Anyway, some people (SIB officers I think) came the next day to investigate.
After the incident, deities were placed in that area. -

My BSM just told us that it was just left there by the old gunners but did not mention about the incident. But ppl in my intake just pray to it like a daily like a daily routine, just like of like showing respect for the protection it has given us by letting us train safely.... -

I think these days artillery men are very well educated. When I was posted to 20SA. all the gunners were first hioken speaker. All body cover with Tatoo.
CSM voice are louder than anybody else and very sentence carry not F" but Charge!!! -
