knee injury

  Hello.
  I am currently registered for NS. Posting date is April 10th. But while playing soccer, i injured my knee. How do i get exemption from army ?

  dude i've got both my legs fractured in 16 places....and i'm in active duty. Ur's only knee injury and u want exemption?

  I am currently on crutches now. cannot even move properly. If i go see specialist, is it possible to downgrade ?

  don't say i never teach you. don't push back enlistment. go for hte enlistment then produce mc and see the MO after you reach there. if not your ord might be pushed back....

  yesh it is.
  u can either get MC and call CMBP tell them or u can report there and then go to the MO there and tell them.
  
  Anyway u downgrade will take some time no matter what. Around 2 months? i bloody waited 3 months.
  If you get MC before you enlist then they just defer you and it wont count towards ur NS liability.
  
  Btw i spent 2 months in BMT on crutches and a few weeks in a wheelchair.So yes they can make u go to camp like that.
