  In case of real war (touch wood), won't bright blue be bloody obvious admist all the green vegetation?

  Aiyah, like said earlier. The NS is not for war, hence the blue uniform, altho in a nightime urban enviroment might make it a tad tough.
  
  The question I would like to pose is, why the heck do the CDF need to have Orange camo??
  
  If it was overal bright orange I understand, easier to spot CDF in an emergency during peace time. But camo??
