this 2 categories of kengsters, have u come across while serving army? share share here...
smart kengster--
this kind of people plan how to keng even before enlistment. they will go to a specialist for checkup and ask the specialist to find some fault with the body n go n write up a cheem report about some non existent or minor problems (make the minor problem sound serious). then on the medical checkup at cmpb, MO see the report then lan lan have to give the person pes E.... to play safe.
coz the MO maybe even not qualified enough to understand the report, then MO scared to give pes B or C, coz scared if make the person go chiong sua, then suay suay he tio taiji, the MO responsible, coz he's the one who assigned the pes status.
or another type is first few day enter BMT then keng... like act very depressed n suicidal, then report to MO, and later on medical board, then downgrade liao n posted to storeman or clerk or messboy etc...
or another kind... good actor good talker kind, go report to MO then tell him about his 'medical condition' then say pain here pain there cannot walk cannot do this that... then really make the MO believe. then MO give excuse this that or downgrade...

stupid / unlucky kengster
the fella want to keng, dunno how to keng properly. eg. he go 'accidentally' fall down a flight of stairs, then kenna severe ankle injury, then managed to downgrade n posted to some senang vocation. BUT, he has to walk with a limp for the rest of his life... not worth it.
or this fella purposely injure himself during army time, then suay suay his officer see through his colors n know he wanna keng. then maybe kenna charged n thrown into DB. injured liao n still must go DB... sibeh suay.
or this fella go report to MO n come up with crap stories n demand for downgrade, then MO know he want to keng, then charge him go DB for malingering
or this person successful chao keng, then boast to him army mates, then someone powtoh him to officer, then got investigation, then he suay suay kenna caught n charged n enter DB. then after DB revocated back to some siong vocation.

More than 1 day report sick means you deploy to another unit for ict at another date (thats what i hear) -

50 pushups ( gradually increase to 100)
50 situps with legs lifted in the air ( damned hard )
climb stairs ( train standing broad jump plus stamina )
assisted pull ups ( my park there have , i do abt 30 everyday )
stretching
everyday take abt 3 hours nia . -

I've seen quite a few of such cases while on duty there... I kinda remember a guy who ingested lots and lots of Panadol pills in his bunk before his buddy realised what he was doing and tackled him.
His stomach was pumped out at a nearby hospital and he was sent to the center. Not exactly sure what happened to him after that, but I wouldn't be all too surprised if he was sent to DB. -
