  Report in No.3 and bring SAF smart card. No addidtional equipment is required.

  Storeman ar? Need to stay in or not? can get what rank one?

  Stay in, unless you're excused stay in. Depends on unit as well.  Rank wise, highest CPL.

  After completing their BMT, servicemen who have performed well and are assessed to possess leadership qualitites will be sent to either Officer Cadet School (OCS) or School of Infantry Specialists (SISPEC) to be trained as commanders. The rest will be sent to their respective vocational courses at various vocational schools

  Various Components of Points Assessment Scoring:
  BMT Performance, Peer appraisal, Situational Test (SIT Test), Initiative-takers...etc.

  when do you think mindef has decide our posting unit during our BMT period?

   

  I heard people say our posting order is decided long before we IPPT?

  It doesn't matter. At this stage, all you can do is wait for the posting order.

  what does standard batch actually means? i heard of 2 different stories , 1 is that we are all going to operational unit for eg , rifleman all that and 2 is that we are all those extra extra ppl that went into tekong and after that most of us will be posted to driver or storeman so which one is really true? i got ippt silver but fail my soc..

  Standard BMT = non-leadership BMT.

  your posting will not get you into OCS/ SISPEC

  yeah i know , but what i want to know is that is it really true most of us will be going to chiong sua unit? or going to driver and storeman?
