What will my rank be after I finish my course?
Where would I be posted to?

C veh HQ is in Jurong. Likely to be staying in Jurong or a low chance of going to their external workshops which i am unsure where they are. Sembawang has 1 and thats all i know.
Rank will be max CPL unless you go for MSCC and become the section commander or 2IC then you will get your 3SG

Maintainance section commander course.
Only if you show leadership qualities and are selected by your unit and your peers lo. Have to be PES A/B generally. Every ATTS 9 men section will have 2 going for MSCC

Is there a chance for Pes C people to go through MSCC?How long is the overall course in OETI?

ATTS was still a very new concept when i was in service so my time only all the PES A/B will go since it involves outfield and other training which PES C people might be excuse etc for. You cannot be excuse from any MSCC component if you want to finish the course.
OETI course should be 2 months with 3 months On Job Training before the actual unit posting.

Just bring yourself, PT kit, writing materials etc. Helmet LBV etc are not needed.

I 4got the course is stayin or stayout cos i heard there were changes to the course after i left sembawang camp.
If you worry, just bring fieldpack with some clothes etc enough to last till friday lo but i think 1st day won't stayin yet even if later need stayin though not 100% sure.

cji? If u not from BMT, u from mono?
While you are in army, you will never go wrong using the fieldpack especially if you are wearing no. 4. CV bags are fine by most units as well if you don't have much to carry but i forgot whether sup supp course got any outfields etc cos u will need your LBV etc if there is any outfield. However any outfield won't be within the 1st few weeks of the course so just get instructions when you are there.

C1 maybe. It depends but generally its more for the PES A/B people cos i heard it is quite a draining course. Not sure got change anot la cos my friends were like the pioneer few batches to go for it when they start the ATTS thing.
Not sure what u mean regarding the 1st part of the post but who gets chosen for MSCC has nothing to do with their express interest in tekong since MSCC is unit selection.

yep that was what i mean, expressing interest. perhaps the unit itself already has the background info to determine selection? =x

Nope. MSCC is totally unit and peers decision. 2 ppl from that 9 men ATTS section will be chosen to go for the course.
Tekong's expressing interest is strictly for SISEPC/OCS only and will not affect whether you become a logistics spec be it a maintainance, transport, supply, medic spec or not.
