1st ICT at SG Camp

I am going to have my 1st ICT at Sungei Gedong camp on 26/3 to 5/4. Anyone also going as well? Is this consider high-key?
I have check ns.sg for the training program but its not there, so i call up the chief clerk she said there are problems uploading it. So i suppose i will pack for SAR-21 conversion course, L/F and maybe IPPT. What else should i pack?
What are the new stuff avaliable in the E-mart? How much credts should i be getting?

if yr hair is not black, better dye it back
otherwise u will regret the dye that the barber use -

u should check with the other commanders in the unit, by calling their hp or email etc, to check the training programme....
there might be exercise or SAR conversion, or something else... -
