Just wondering...are all who wear no. 3 people clerks and Pes e personnel? Coz i have seen some really fit recruits who wear no. 3 and book out everyday

not necessary. all those high rank officers also wear no.3 to work everyday.

accidents is common for those muscular fit guys.
there was this guy i know same bunk as me, who got a permanent crack in his spine, otherwise, a healthy fit individual.
and hellva other examples. there was another guy in another bunk who refused to share his reason, but i couldn't care more. he sure looked fit and well built.
dun say they seem fit means they are alright. heart problem, organ issues, this and that and many others are not visible.
screw it up, they may fall dead right beside u.

i wear rsaf no.3 uniform all the time
i am not entitle to free no.4 uniform at that time

I would have preferred to have both No.3 and No.4, if I'm going to be in the office the whole day, I'll wear No.3.
However, I think I would have been the only tech to do so. -

well ... some keng very well, but some are genuine cases, I have a friend who's 6 feet of strapping muscle ... he wore a no. 3 ... cos he's deaf in one ear ... -
most of my friends who wear no.3 are chao kengs. They admitted themselves too. Can see them in gym and playing football outside like nobody's business. Inside camp in another story.
