  RSS Panglima with our Dear ISM that sikh 1WO Habajan he give extra like drinking water during colours parade especially when your marching is not up to standard or your no. 3 is not iron well.....

  That guy was a legend man..I still remember prior to being posted onboard, I was at Sembawang school, and one day after colours, he was so displeased with our marching that after we marched back to our block, he demanded that everyone do push-up in their No3, including the gals.

  10 mins before fall in for colours we all in bunk still slacking around.. den suddenly ISM busted our bunk and saw that the whole place was a mess... so he called us to knock it down while in our no.3 shirt, socks and underwear. damn stunned.

  Hormat Panglima - salute given to Reviewing Officer holding position of at least Member of Parliament. Not General.
  If I'm not wrong, in accordance with 'Hormat Polis' in the SPF, given to at Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of Police, SAF Generals should be given a 'Hormat Tentera' salute.
