Usual lunch duration is 1 hour but my boss is super flexible one - If I do a 2-hour lunch once in a while, it's oso okay provided all my work is completed on time and there is nothing outstanding......
But normally, I just go chomp down my food in the canteen and return straight to office in half an hour.....! -

Some admin units stagger lunch so that there is always someone in the office. Usually break into 2 parts: 12-1pm and 1-2pm.
With this kind of system, people tend to abuse it. Keep 1 person in the office, so the others can be away for 2 hours. -
nabei, no wonder sometime call no body answer..
life so good still not enough, still abuse lunch break... while others eating mud outside. -
dat time the bloody bitch went for lunch for 4 hrs.
