  If vein still don't show, clench your fist, relax, clench it again a few times, the vein will show. it will come out.
  
  Btw I also don't like needles I used to complain that for blood tests at hospital/polyclinic "I pay them to poke needles in me and make me pain"

  excuse me do u know veins can "run away".. no matter how obvious the vein is, when the medic pull the skin n poke, some veins will" run away" in other words move...

  all nsf mus draw blood meh???? all??? i dun remmeber my frens mentioning them b4.

  after 3 months from any overseas exercise must draw blood to check for HIV

  Or maybe there's some new directive allowing those coming back from Wallaby to be excused from blood testing. I don't know - I ORDed in 2004.
  
  I only know that I got tested after coming back from Lancer and Crescendo.
