Gold Timing For 2.4 Km

  wat exactly is the timing for 2.4km to get overall ippt gold?
  
  cos i've seen >10:21 mins for cat x written on the tables.. yet i remember ppl saying it's >9:45 mins needed to get gold..
  
  anyone care to explain the discrepancy?

  10.21 is getting full pts for 2.4km run only
  
  9.44 is getting full pts and Gold for 2.4km run provided that the rest of the static station are also gold

  if you are fit enough, you sure can maintain below 09:45 mins years after years until certain age.
  
  words of advice is dont push yourself to hard to get gold if not within you physical strength.
  nowadays young people tend to fall and never wake up during fitness lessons.

  9.15 for commandos and guards, plus PTI too I think.

  i used to think gold is very difficult to get, but if u really try and train sufficiently.u will succeed!! So go for Gold!
