  this is so unfair...they should increase nsf to make it fair wat...where can i sound off this problem...y only they get...we also kana affected by the 7% gst wat

  Unlikely, these people are like Oliver Twists, always asking for more no matter how much they're given. I say cut their allowance altogether in one go. Then you'll see their appreciation for the past "pittance" rise tremendously.
