Need a bit more info - certain abnormalities like gastritis or duodenitis would not be downgradable.
These are quite common, a lot of people have these conditions, it's just that most people don't go for OGDs. Being on medication is immaterial especially if the condition is quite mild. If however, we're talking about something more serious (eg-varices or tumours) then it's a case-by- case evaluation.
