  I read there is a commando section commander course which is tougher than BSLC?

  That's not much of a yardstick, I'm afraid. Some of my former instructors have been posted to SISPEC to conduct the BSLC and ASLC courses, and they shake their haeds in dismay when they compare it to Basic Commando Training, much less our section leader course.

  Well.....what do you expect? Ok, there is the conversion course for officers. No sispec for specialists. Officers have to go through leader course as well, whole life on course. Then there is the infamous 10km SOC.
