can put parking coupons at SAF Vehicle?

i am wondering can anot.. day. because sometimes lunchtime they are on detail, then also need to eat wat.. the parking area is coupon type but also considered a heavy traffic area, due to those roadside parking slot thus alot of those issue summon auntie..
so can put anot?

i dun tink SAF Veh will be exempted from all those HDB rules even SAF a govt org.

If kena booked then the driver will get into big trouble. Cos misuse of vehicle mah... MID vehicles are only supposed to park in camps or training areas. For GP vehicle going about errands, the driver have no business of getting out of the vehicle or leaving the vehicle alone in the car park... -

got one time in neighbourhood area also... doing house recce... we saw a warden there... all got out of car and just went to the house...
she never saman also..

But if the driver is on admin detail, and he is still at changi at 1pm.. his camp is at jurong... and he have many more places to go all at the east.
do u think he will have time to go back to camp? and then go back to east again? -
why not just ask the vicom go tah pow food from hawker n then bring back n eat on the bus lah, while parked at carpark....
