how come beach road that building empty wan?

  todae i brin 4 uniforms to beach road to sew then was suprised to find out
  that the whole buidling all the shops are closed on a monday afternoon.
  
  Have they shifted elsewhere? or just pause buisness for renovation?

  somehow i find it hard to believe people actually bring down their uniforms all the way down to beach road to get them sewed. no matter how far away they live.
