why extra duties comes in 1, 3, 7, 14, 21

  how come its normally awarded in such manner? why these special figures?
  
  why not like 2, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11....
  
  or have u come across extras in other figures?

  my unit last time got 1 officer and 1 warrant kana 28 extra DO duties each.

  i've been awarded 5 extra duties before.....and i know of a friend who kena 6 extra duties...
