It seems now that they issue lock with keys and notebook so need not bring already?
Anyone can advise if anything is extra or anything is missing.

Dun need to bring the whole washing powder/liquid, small amount would do for "just-in-case" because dun think u need to wash clothes inside, just go down to emart to buy extra sets of No.4 and PT kits if not enough.
tips: Standby 1 set of smart 4 for lunch/book out for the week so dun need to keep changing and washing, etc (I know it can get abit smelly but it saves time),
Get extra sets of No.4 and PT kit for the whole week. Then weekend just bring back home for wash, for me I usually after training, drench it in water let it dry then pack it into plastic bag so it doesn't smell that bad (this is where plastic bags and zip lock bags comes in)
Ziplock bags/plastic bags (buy various sizes)
If going tekong, 1 small packet of glucose dun need to bring in whole tin. It helps in the morning water parade, just mix a small quantity so the water doesn't taste so bad during the early morning water parade. (I vomited after drinking several times during the early morning water parade because of the water smell and the empty stomach

there is always a need for blacktape one lah, shoots i buy 3 rolls in can still use up one lei...

1. One huge-ass can of Prickly Heat powder.
2. Black tape. Several rolls of it.
3. Some biscuits.
Here's a tip regarding the biscuits: eat one small biscuit prior to falling in every morning for water parade. It will help you swallow down the water better. -

Go Buy more admin and PT kit. Damn.. My coy that time very late then go emart.. so we we everynight must wash admin tee.. den if rained.. even worst.. so one tee wear a few days..
most importantly! buy more underwear! if not u wash like siao -
regarding your qn about notebooks, yes, u dunnit to bring any notebooks in
they will issue to u
in fact, they issue us with 3 notebooks
i still have 2 at home...left untouched yet -

during admin time, everyone will most probably be wearing the pt shirt or the admin shirt -
omg what's black tape? i never see before. i see scotch tape, see those white tape for preventing leaks, see those red/blue/green tapes for insulating, see masking tape, never see black tape.
