  I'm not too sure if this is the NSbomus payout. Last time I still a active NSmen so I get only $100. The remaining of $300 will be pay out once he is ORNS.
  
  Dun worry. You will sure get this but do not downgrade. A few of my friends downgrade during their reservist and dun qualify for this.
