How do u think the RT system should be improved?

nowadays NSmen after ORD then go n study n then work long hours from monday to friday or saturday, then no time to go n train up on their fitness.
so when they take their annual ippt during their window, they fail!
then have to book RT n it will sure takes up their working n personal time, ie. have to get off work earlier to rush down to maju or khatib or bedok, then do RT, by the time finished liao so late, go home so shagged then got not enough time to spend with wife n children.
then if never attend RT, might get charged by their unit, then have to come down n pay some fines...
like that so troublesome... imagine u ORD liao but then still can't have the peace of mind u want....
so how??
should the IPPT standards be lowered for NSmen? lower until it becomes easy to pass, then no need for RT sessions
or should the RT sessions be reduced?
or should those quite obese or fat people be excused from RT? coz its like even though they attend all the RT session, they still can't pass IPPT....coz of their weight n size.
then its like only got 3 RT venues... somemore so far out of the place.
so should SAF set up an RT venue at perhaps in the city area? then it'd be more convenient for NSmen to go there after they knock off work at CBD.
or maybe conduct RT at SAFRA clubs?
or perhaps should introduce shuttle bus service from MRT stations to the respective camps for those RT goers who don't drive? so will be more convenient, coz some camp must walk quite far to get in one...
so what other improvements for ippt n rt do u think can be come up with?? -
You want to write a suggestion and get some rewards, is it ?
If you can force a NSman to find time for RT, it means that he can actually find time to train to pass the IPPT.
The IPPT needs an overhaul, not just 5 stations. We should just do SOC. -
Should changed to marksmenship training
Shooting the enemy should come first rather than running away

set it up inside fitness first, cali fitness, etc. Now Ippt also use treadmill liao...
==anyway, i think RT sessions should be increase to 6 times a week, 24 days a month. Like that everyone confirm fit. I think we should push for this. Then sun come back do SOC.

My suggestions:
IPPT awards incentives to be increase to-
For Gold, you do not have to pay income tax for the next FY plus a incentive of S$500. For Silver, you get S$400 and for a pass, you get S$50. Those who fail, RT will be conducted at the football field just beside Geylang Lorong 10. -
They should make it easier for NS men to downgrade.
Seriously.
The RT is like some sort of hellish punishment. Its not like we all work 8-5 jobs like in the government or the Army. After 5pm so free got time to go and run and work out. If don't die from working happy liao.
Really make a few of my friends go seeking a downgrade.
Make RT on weekends and have more places for RT. -

RT?? What is RT....have skipped RT so many times that I don't even know what RT is...besides its history now.....best thing to do to skip NS and RT is migrate....
You get a better deal elsewhere, not serve this place....and this is strictly the personal decision I have made and many thousands like me kekekeke
