I never do cable curls , i do barbells and dumbbells after i learnt abt the truth of cable stuff .
thats y i learnt too .
cos cable mah , we use less force to pull down .
then wad abt assisted ones , does a counterweight of 20 kg equal to 20 kg assistance ?
i think the assistance is less than 20 kg cos it's a pulley system plus some force will be lost through friction .
thats y assisted pullups have only 15 kg of assistance instead of single digit .
