Fking Pissed With This Fking SIkh Incek

today i was doing my duty at medical centre. Then this incek came (fking regular customer) to collect drug n see MO without registering, as if he knows this place well, then request to see MO straight away. I told him MO got a meeting. He say wth he go drink coffee 1st n gimme his hp no. ask me to call him when MO is back. I told him to just come back after a while. And guess wad he exploded, scolding vulgarities, wanting too see my senior medic, n worse of all insulting my name. Fking hell i feel like on the spot shouting back but i restrain myself..
seriosuly not being a racist but wads fking wrong with indian n especially sikh inceks.. fking hell..think fking enick big shot when i garantee they cant find a job outside...

What is the SOP for seeing medic? Did you greet him? If you think he has overstepped his authority to the point where it disrupted the normal operations of the medical centre and put the safety and health of the soldiers (who happen to be the properties of the Singapore Armed Forces) at unecessary risk, report him.Originally posted by borntolive:today i was doing my duty at medical centre. In your case, it's pointless to argue coz no matter wad you do, it's unlikely that you'll win. Sometimes it's better to look further. Why win a bettle but lose the war? So learn to be tough. take it on the chin! Stomach the shit and let him continue to be an arsehole lor......... you'll get a much smoother ride to your ROD!

i refuse to let him draw their Ops ammo, as some one did not sign the authorised form. And he is a in hurry since it is their ops. So he keep asking us to release the ammo, but i keep on refusing. IN the end, he say want to speak to my OC, but my OC (2 LT only) were not around. So my 2IC (2WO only), come and speak to him and he LL have to go back and get the signature done.. -

Glad u didnt react my friend. He could have got u into serious trouble even if he was in the wrong. But this is the army and u gotta show respect to him even if u didnt like it. No point arguing with him but if u feel that those vulgarities have been too much..Feedback to ur superiors and seek advice. Most likely it would go covered but at least let ur superiors know of this situation. But through the correct protocol of course.

I can understand why you were pissed with him... he had, after all, overstepped his authority and that he should have just followed the standard medical center SOP unless if it's an emergency. Just remember that it's sometimes pointless to point out mistakes to some higher-ups... just be sure that you have your senior medic covering your ass and backing you up.
However, I would ask you to take his race out of your rants. -
Unfortunately I have to say this but just have to suck it in for now. Wait till ORD since now you got no choice as a NSF.
After that take your revenge.
