secondly some units takes more than 1 year to promote soldiers to CPL. -
I went to emart n the owner told I PFC rank has been abolished n CFC has been introduced.

The criteria is simple n u can inform ur reservist superior directly u do not want promotion no matter how good ur appraisal is. coz eg. u r msg rank as reservists, then u got promoted to WO... ur NS liabilties increase... coz WO is considered officer .... rite?
