if i'm classified as pes BP but when i enlist i am no longer overweight, will i be transferred to normal bmt?
and if i get pes B or A but i become fat when i enlist does it mean i will be transfered to obese bmt?
also, what is the current BMI standards for singaporeans? -
no one knows? someone must know right? come on help me here my medical check up is tomorrow and i'm overweight for sure but i'm dead serious about losing weight before ns.

dont worry bmt will help u lose weight ones...
it depend on your bp...roughly classified normal obese, medium obese and extreme obese ... normal obese mean u train almost as normal pes a or b will sure lose weight ones but for extreme ones will be more relaxed cause too much exercise can stress u. -
hi, i think i will be in the severely obese batch de...i weight 90-100 and 1.72m...but can i like request to train with the normal batch of pes A and B ppl?
