  How does commanders in BMTC know? They call a number or what?

  there's a siren that wails out when its CAT 1 what. and yes. there's a number that you can call to check on the CAT status. but its based on real time by the met office.

  there are CAT2 - CAT5 too but it means that it's safe to train outdoors
