NSF allowed to get tattoo?

  i designed a tattoo for my fren as his bday present but he's currently serving ns.. is it legal or not to go for it?

  Since he in NS already, its easier. Before NS, they scrutinize you like a guinea pig.

  not unless SAF decides to implement what the USMC has implemented
  in service Marines are not allowed to add on to their tattoos or for those who don't have one to get one or they run the risk of not being eligible for re enlisting into active duty
