no one can just study and get promoted all the way to BG. One will still require some level of experience of command, be it at battalion, brigade or divison level. well what do you think? i think what maybe true too is that he has advantage being a pioneer Gov scholar back than there are only a handful not a lot of individual with that experience and exposure.
