  I am yesterday cover personal.. But sorry to said this but they really train hard for this kinda stuff... I have seen them working hard and training hard for it... Been and seen to some for the training. To be part of the unit,i damn proud to be in... These men are professionals... They are more safety then u can ever imagine...

  i will be in the covers soon....aiyah wad to do? i also involved in this weekend runway cycling major event...2 weekends gone n following week is a tough week with lots duties. SAF nothing better to do n so much money to spent on such sh1t
