IHL need to attend RT?

  There're lots of rumours spreading around. i would like to know if students in IHL now need or need not take RT for IPPT failures?
  
  I heard the policy that IHL who do not need to take RT is going to change soon. How soon is that?

  eh, not sure leh...but one thing i noe, IHL eats up all my free time... june n july all burn... NS trainer..bo bian
